- To cancel or change an existing order, please call our Customer Service Department. The toll free telephone number is 1 (800) 543-2577.
How can I change my username and password?
- To change your username and password:
- Click on the “New User" link located on the left side bar and then select “New User Registration”.
- Complete and submit the form.
- Send a note using the “Tell Us” link and provide your previous username, your new username and your online account number (if applicable).
- We will delete your previous username and password. If you have an existing account we will also link your new username to your account.
